Flare Shine on to small sections of damp or dry hair from root to end and blow-‐dry with Concentrate™ 460 dryer for a smooth finish.

Proceed with Delegate™ 450 flat iron.

When using Emanate™ Flare Shine as a finishing product, lightly spray entire head and style. Spray into palms and smooth evenly over hair with finer textures.
